The residence is situated 300 meters above sea level, just 5 km from the medieval hilltown of Todi. Surrounded by an enchanting countryside, between forests, olive groves and fruit orchards, allowing you to enjoy an incomparable view of the Tiber Valley, lake Corbara and Todi.

The eight rooms and the three junior suite have been built into the ancient stone structure whose foundation, dating back to the Roman era, bears witness to the "opus incertum" rock wall which runs the entire length of the central base.
