The kitchen of our Restaurant " La Canonica" is committed to using only the finest ingredients - locally produced, where possible - and includes the re-interpretation of some old Umbrian traditional recipes. Guests can enjoy intimate dinners in Tenuta di Canonica's dining room or on the outside portico during the warmer season. On the shady terrace, whilst enjoying stunning views across the Umbrian hills and the Tiber Valley, guests can enjoy our special Buffet breakfast, which includes cold cuts, fresh pastries and fresh-bread baked, our own homemade jams, seasonal fruits and a selection of the area's excellent local cheeses Before dinner, guests can 'chill out', relaxing at the bar of the Tenuta, delighting in an aperitif, a Canonica Cocktail or a glass of Umbrian wine.
